Swedish fashion retailer H&M plans to open its first store in Lviv in Victoria Gardens shopping mall in autumn 2021.

“This autumn, all shopping lovers will be able to visit H&M in the Victoria Gardens mall. The exact opening date will be announced later,” the retailer said on Facebook.

As of August of this year, the H&M chain in Ukraine has seven retail outlets: five in Kyiv and one each in Odesa and Kharkiv.

The Swedish company Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M), the owner of the second largest clothing store chain in Europe, opened the first store in Ukraine in 2018.

H&M Hennes & Maurits LLC was established in 2013. According to the data of the unified public register of legal entities and sole proprietors, the ultimate beneficiary is Stefan Persson (Sweden). The charter capital of the company is Hr 696,900.
