PrJSC Kyivmiskbud Holding has confirmed plans to finish construction of all projects of Ukrbud.
“The main part of the negotiation process with Ukrbud and representatives of its new investors on the completion of unfinished residential buildings was successful. According to it, Kyivmiskbud undertakes to take the Ukrbud projects in order to complete them and transfer them to investors,” the construction company told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.
Kyivmiskbud said that both companies expects complex legal and technical processes in the transfer of facilities and transactions.
Kyivmiskbud will do everything possible to expedite the process. We assure investors: your housing will be completed, and the apartments will be handed over to the owners,” the construction company said.
As reported, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the problem of freezing the construction of residential complexes of Ukrbud Corporation would be solved and Kyivmiskbud would complete these facilities.
“We know this issue, we want to calm all affected investors now. Here all the teams worked together, both the President’s Office and law enforcement agencies, to resolve this issue. Today, as of the evening [of December 12], this issue has been resolved, and this real estate will be completed, and Kyivmiskbud undertook this,” he said on the air of the Pravo na Vladu program on 1+1 TV Channel.
