Kyivstar mobile communications operator, together with the software development company Intecracy Deals, has launched the Star.Docs mobile document management application.

“Until now, services for e-document management in Ukraine allowed working with digital documents only using mobile versions of websites. With the Star.Docs application installed on a smartphone or a tablet, users can view files, coordinate, correct and store documents, share them with partners, as well as certify with the electronic signature Mobile ID from Kyivstar,” the operator said.

The application will help manage the processes of exchange and accounting of documents from anywhere in the world where there is an Internet connection.

By installing the Star.Docs application on a mobile device, users will be able to coordinate and sign electronic documents, view their contents, confirm requests to delete electronic documents, discuss documents in a chat, store and have permanent access to files, see how many documents are awaiting approval and signing, and also promptly receive information on the list of documents in transactions.

“The option of group signing is convenient for those cases when several documents of the same type are in operation: by signing or agreeing them in one click the user saves his time,” Kyivstar said.

Star.Docs developers have implemented measures to protect personal data and the application itself, the information in the online service is encrypted. To guarantee against data loss, the system regularly backs up user information.

As reported, from October 8, 2019 the use of digital mobile identification and electronic signature, Mobile ID, is included in all voice tariff plans for Kyivstar corporate and contract subscribers.
