The court in London has scheduled a hearing of the PrivatBank’s $3 billion claim on merits against ex-shareholders of the bank Ihor Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholiubov for March 1, 2022, the press service of the bank said on June 26.
“It is expected that the lawsuit may be heard for the period from 10 to 13 weeks. The defendants requested that the hearing of the suit be postponed until at least October 2022, but the judge ruled that all parties should be ready to begin the hearing on March 1, 2022,” the bank said.
