You're reading: Naftogaz confirms company chief’s readiness to take part in trilateral gas talks

National joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy has confirmed the readiness of CEO Andriy Kobolev to take part in the trilateral gas talks in Brussels on January 21, 2019.

“We confirm the readiness of Kobolev to participate in the trilateral talks on January 21,” the press service of Naftogaz said.

Earlier on Jan. 9, Vice President of the European Commission in charge of the Energy Union Maros Sefcovic announced that the second round of political trilateral talks with Russia and Ukraine on the long-term transit of gas to Europe will take place in Brussels on January 21, 2019.

“The meeting will build on the progress achieved during previous political & expert rounds,” he said.
