The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on January 24, 2019, is to hold an electronic auction on the exchange to sell bolt banknote sheets, the central bank has reported on its website.
“Due to high demand on bolt hryvnia banknote sheets and many applications submitted by companies and individual entrepreneurs seeking to buy them the NBU will hold an electricity auction on the exchange to sell bolt banknote sheets with the following denominations: Hr 1, Hr 2, Hr 5 and Hr 10,” the NBU said.
The electronic auction will be held on the House of Contracts UICE. It will be held using the electronic trading system with the possibility of remote access.
