The largest Ukrainian online shop Rozetka.ua (Rozetka.Ua LLC, Kyiv), which is actively developing the bricks-and-mortar store chain in Kyiv and Odesa, has decided to close one of five stores in Kyiv – in the Chocolate shopping and office center located at 71, Kostiantynivska Street.
“Unfortunately, we will have to close this store. It did not cope with a large number of orders. We want us to have the best service in the world, but we did not succeed at this location. We saw long lines and your complaints, so we made a decision to abandon this location and look for the best one,” the retailer said on May 10
As indicated in the report, the last day of the operation of the store was May 12.
Rozetka was founded in 2005 in Kyiv as an online store of electronics and home appliances. In subsequent years, the company was transformed into a multi-category online supermarket.
According to its website, as of May 2019, Rozetka has four stores in Kyiv and three in Odesa.
