MOSCOW – Sberbank sold its subsidiary Lagom-Ukraine in February, the bank’s press service told Interfax.

“Lagom-Ukraine was sold in February 2019. We’re not commenting on the terms of the deal,” the press service said.

The company specializes in sales of finishing and construction materials. Sberbank acquired it in 2011 after purchasing Troika Dialog, which owned shares in Lagom-Ukraine.

According to SPARK-Interfax, the full name of the company is LLC Lekstar-Company. The full name appeared on March 1, and the sole owner is currently Teimuraz Zarkua, who also owns shares in the Ukrainian companies Redmatrix and Amber Star Ukraine. Lagom-Ukraine suffered a net loss of Hr 14 million (about 34 million rubles) in 2017.
