Shell in Ukraine 

Shell Retail started its Ukraine business in 2007. To date, the network of Shell- branded fuel sites consists of 132 stations in 20 regions of Ukraine, offering its customers a variety of high-
quality fuel and non-fuel products. The Ukraine network of Shell-branded fuel sites is being operated by Shell / Alliance Holding. Shell Retail Ukraine is a part of the Central and Eastern European
cluster of Shell Downstream.

All the Company’s branded fuel sites in Ukraine meet Shell’s highest international standards, offering its customers a wide range of fuel products, including Shell V-Power fuels as well as a solid range of Convenience Retailing goods and tasty food and beverage products. Starting in 2019, to meet the expectations of a growing number of Ukrainian electric vehicle owners, Shell
in partnership with YASNO E-Mobility installed four fast electric vehicle charging modules at selected fuel sites.

Shell has been an international investor in Ukraine since 2007 and has invested millions of USD in the country. Shell’s newly constructed and reconstructed fuel sites meet the most stringent energy efficiency requirement, and network upgrades continue. Shell has a strategy to thrive in the energy transition and recently announced its global ambition to be a net-zero emissions energy business by 2050 or sooner. We are playing our part in Ukraine by investing in lower-carbon energy solutions.

Shell created 1,500 jobs in Ukraine, and its inclusive environment and personal development opportunities are key to developing and retaining great talent.

Good Corporate Citizen

During the COVID-19 outbreak, Shell Retail Ukraine delivered 5,000 medical face masks to the State Institution “Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology of NAMS of Ukraine” and Kyiv
City Clinical Hospital No. 4 and purchased 2,550 food packages for elderly people who are under the care of the “HappyOld” Charity Fund.
