National joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy has postponed the placement of five-year eurobonds, a source on the financial market has told Interfax-Ukraine.

“The placement has been postponed due to the unfavorable situation on the market,” the source said.

He said that the company has not abandoned the issue of the security and could return to the market at any time, even in several days, if the situation on the market sharply changes.

Another source failed to confirm this information. The source said that the decision will be made on Nov. 14.

As reported, the company has held a number of roadshows with investors in the United States and the United Kingdom, namely in London, since Nov. 5. According to a source in the banking sector, The benchmark rate of the yield of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy’s five-year dollar-denominated loan participation notes (LPN) was about 10.9 percent.
