The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has increased the refinancing rate from 12.5 percent per annum to 13.5 percent per annum from Oct. 27.
The NBU said in a press release that the decision was made by the NBU’s board on Oct. 26.
As reported, the NBU reduced the refinancing rate to 12.5 percent from 13 percent per annum on May 26. From April 14, the rate was cut to 13 percent per annum from 14 percent per annum introduced on Oct.28, 2016.
