In January-June 2021, Ukraine reduced electricity exports by 34.1% (by 911.5 million kWh) year-over-year, to 1.765 billion kWh, according to the data from Ukrenergo.

According to the calculations of Interfax-Ukraine, in particular, supplies from Burshtyn TPP energy island in the direction of Hungary, Slovakia and Romania fell by 30.1% (by 534 million kWh), to 1.238 billion kWh.

Electricity supplies to Poland decreased by 41.5% (by 320.9 million kWh) year-over-year, to 453.1 million kWh.

Electricity exports to Moldova decreased by 43.5% (by 56.7 million kWh), to 73.6 million kWh.

There were no deliveries to Belarus and Russia in January-June 2021 and 2020.

In June 2021, Ukrainian electricity exports amounted to 362.4 million kWh, which is 3.5 times more than in June 2020 (102.3 million kWh).

In addition, in January-June 2021, Ukraine reduced electricity imports by 43.9% (by 770.5 million kWh) year-over-year, to 986.1 million kWh. In particular, supplies from Belarus amounted to 522.6 million kWh, Slovakia some 257.1 million kWh, Russia some 101.9 million kWh, Hungary some 66.4 million kWh, Romania some 38 million kWh.
