The banking system of Ukraine, after the Cabinet of Ministers’ declaring an emergency situation throughout Ukraine, will continue to operate as normal, First Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Kateryna Rozhkova has said.
“The banking system is operating as normal, there is access to all accounts, all payments go through without delay,” she said in a video message.
