The updated draft national budget for 2020 foresees a decline in outlays for support of farmers by Hr 1.5 billion, to Hr 2.5 billion.
According to the comparative table of outlays in the updated draft national budget, which is available to Interfax-Ukraine, it is also planned to leave the Partial Guarantee Fund for loans without Hr 240 million provided for the formation of its charter capital.
In addition, the cost of land reform is proposed to be reduced by Hr 25.1 million, to Hr 50.99 million, the cost of land inventory and updating the cartographic basis of the State Land Cadastre – by Hr 192.72 million, to Hr 237.84 million.
