The State Automobile Roads Agency of Ukraine, also known as Ukravtodor, has signed contracts worth $95.7 million with the Chinese company Xinjiang Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. for repairing sections of Ukrainian highways.
The official signing ceremony took place at the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry on October 10 in the presence of Minister Volodymyr Omelyan, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported.
The said contracts were signed under the project “Second Road and Safety Improvement Project” between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).
