The Education and Science Ministry and Kyivstar, Ukraine’s largest telecommunication operator, have signed a memorandum of cooperation to support innovation projects in the country, according to the ministry’s press service.
“We understand that the synergy between different parties is needed in order to build an effective innovation ecosystem when every inventor could have many opportunities to turn his or her creative ideas into innovative products and services. First of all, this should be the joint actions of representatives of government, public and business,” said Education and Science Minister Lilia Hrynevych.
