National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom’s subdivision Atomkomplekt and Kharkiv-based JSC Turboatom, one of the world’s top ten turbine construction companies, on February 14 signed a contract for the manufacture of a turbine condenser for Yuzhnoukrainsk nuclear power plant’s unit No. 3 under an import substitution program.
