The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) set the official forex rate of the hryvnia against the U.S. dollar for Nov. 29, at Hr 24.04, which is 6 kopiykas lower than the previous day’s rate, or the maximum value for the last four years, set for Nov. 27 and Nov. 28.
