UNIAN: NBU strengthens official forex rate to Hr 28.12 to dollar for Dec. 5

The National Bank of Ukraine on Dec. 4 evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by five kopiykas, bringing the national currency to Hr 28.12 to the dollar.
