The ProZorro public e-procurement system has allowed Ukraine saving Hr 50.15 billion, or $1.9 billion, of budget funds since August 1, 2016, due to use of the system of all state customers.
A total of 1.97 million procurements have been conducted. The average number of bidders was 2.34 for each tender, ProZorro reported.
