Ukrainian Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Tymofiy Mylovanov says Ukrainian agrarians harvested a record high 74.3 million tonnes of grain as of November 28, which exceeded by 0.3 million tonnes the ministry’s forecast for 2019.
