UNIAN: Ukraine central bank cuts official exchange rate to Hr 27.87 to dollar

The National Bank of Ukraine on Dec. 18 evening lowered the official hryvnia exchange rate by 24 kopiykas, bringing the national currency to Hr 27.87 to the dollar.
