Ukrainian producers have been licensed to export fish and seafood to Hong Kong. The authorized agency of Hong Kong – the Center for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region – notified Ukraine’s State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection about quality requirements for fish and seafood to be exported from Ukraine to Hong Kong, the Ukrainian regulator said.

The new restaurant Fish & Pussycat Sushi Bar serves six basic types of sushi, as well as seafood salads, steaks, soups, and desserts. The restaurant is located on Baseina Street in Kyiv.
