Russian President Vladimir Putin at a press conference following the G20 summit in Hamburg on Saturday assured that Russia does not intend to interfere in the parliamentary elections in Germany in September. This is reported by DW.
“We did not interfere in the US (elections) either, why should we create any problems here? We have good relations with Germany. This is our largest trade and economic partner as a country in Europe, “Putin said, adding that he had established personal relations with US President Donald Trump during the meeting on sidelines of summit and an agreement that the Russian Federation and the United States would not have uncertainties in relations that lead to accusations of interference in internal affairs.
