Clashes between protesters and police in the capital of the ex-Soviet nation of Georgia have left more than 200 people injured, a bout of violence that was sparked by a Russian lawmaker taking the seat of Georgia’s parliament speaker during an international meeting of lawmakers in Tbilisi.
