Austrian Airlines has suspended flights in Belarusian airspace pending further notice, a spokesperson for the air carrier told Interfax on May 25.
“There will be no flights over Belarus within the next few days,” the spokesperson said.
Austrian Airlines adopted this decision in line with recommendations issued at the EU summit, she said.
German air carrier Lufthansa earlier adopted a similar decision.
