Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will visit North Korea on May 31, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement, the latest move in Pyongyang’s push for diplomatic rapprochement.
Lavrov is expected to discuss not only the situation in the Korean peninsula and the wider region but also the relationship between the two countries, according to the ministry.
