The Russian ambassador to Cairo, Georgy Borisenko will visit Hurghada on May 3 and meet with officials from the Red Sea Governorate to discuss special arrangements to resume flights between Russian cities and Egyptian resorts in Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh.
