EU approval of Russia’s Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine could be delayed until the end of the year, a German official has told Reuters. “Approval of Sputnik will be delayed probably until September, maybe until the end of the year,” he said, citing Russian delays in handing over clinical date to the European Medicines Agency in Amsterdam.
