Ukrainian border guards have detained former National Bank Trust Board Chairman Ilya Yurov at Kyiv’s Boryspil airport on an international search notice issued by Interpol at the Russian law enforcement agencies’ request.

“Border guards detained him on Nov. 20 at Boryspil under an Interpol notice and handed him to the Interior Ministry,” Oleh Slobodian, an aide to the Ukrainian Border Service chief, told Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday.
