Up to three reactors have been unplugged yesterday at the Kalinin power station with an official confirming the fist, second and fourth units were shut down, owners Rosenergoatom said in a statement. The statement read: “The radiation level at the station and adjacent territory remains unchanged and is in line with natural background levels.” According to a source the reactors should be back up and running again within a day, Russia’s TASS news agency reports.
