Russia is ready to meet in the Normandy Four format assisting in the Donbas settlement process, according to Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“Normandy Four partners have proposed holding a summit; we are ready to meet in any format,” Lavrov said at the Primakov Readings in Moscow on June 11.
