MOSCOW – The Kremlin has no understanding as to how the U.S. administration intends to build relations with Russia, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said on his way to Germany for taking part in a G20 summit that Washington could not say what Russia’s intentions are in relation to the U.S.

“No, the Kremlin doesn’t have such understanding either. I would say this is kind of reciprocity that can only be regretted in this particular case,” Peskov told journalists on July 6 in commenting on Tillerson’s remarks.
