Law enforcement officers in Moscow have detained a Pussy Riot member, Veronika Nikulshina.
“Nikulshina was held near Lubyanskaya Square, she is now in police custody,” her lawyer Dmitry Zakhvatov told Interfax on Saturday.
The reason for the arrest is unknown, he said.
The woman was previously arrested for administrative offenses several times. The last time a court sentenced her to five-day custodial detention for disobeying a police officer.
