SARAJEVO – Bosnian gas distributor Gas-Res and Russian oil and gas company Gazprom SPG agreed on Saturday to form a joint venture that will build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant in Bosnia’s Serb-dominated region, according to a regional television report.
