Reuters: Fire put out at Rosneft’s oil refinery in Russia’s Samara region

A fire broke out at an oil refinery owned by Russian oil giant Rosneft in the Russian region of Samara on March 10, but was put out, state news agency TASS reported citing a source in law enforcement.
