BONN – Russia Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Feb. 16 a “pragmatic” meeting with his U.S. counterpart Rex Tillerson had addressed conflicts in Syria, Ukraine and Afghanistan, but not U.S. economic sanctions on Russia.
