RFE/RL: Russia proposes Tillerson-Lavrov meeting in Africa this week

Russia has proposed that Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov meet with US  Secretary of State Rex Tillerson this week in Ethiopia, which both diplomats are scheduled to visit during trips to Africa.
