MOSCOW – Rosneft has no plans to sell any of its refineries, Rosneft CFO Pavel Fyodorov said during a conference call.
He said that Rosneft was actively working on finishing the modernization of its refineries.
“Even under today’s conditions, we see the importance of this task. We don’t have plans to sell any of our refineries. There is an active dialogue underway, including with government authorities, to ensure the profitability of investments in a number of refining issues. A final decision will to large degree depend on implementing tax initiatives and we will adjust our decisions in accordance with them,” he said.
