MOSCOW – Gerhard Schroeder has been re-elected as chairman of the board of directors at Rosneft.
The oil company said in a statement that the former German Chancellor, who is currently the chairman of the board of directors and committee of shareholders of Nord Stream 2 AG, was elected chairman of the new Rosneft board of directors at its first meeting following the annual shareholders meeting on June 4.
