In November 2006 Alexander Litvinenko met Russian agents in the Pine Bar at the Millennium Hotel in Mayfair. He drank tea laced with radioactive polonium-210. Three weeks later he was dead. Police charged Andrey Lugovoy with the murder. But he had returned to Russia. Lugovoy, once a KGB and FSB goon, is now a deputy in the Russian parliament.
