Darnytsky District Court of Kyiv postponed to October 9 the hearing of the case at the suit of Head of the political council of the Opposition Platform – For Life party, MP Viktor Medvedchuk against journalist and historian Vakhtang Kipiani and the Vivat publishing house on the ban on the publication and distribution of the Vasyl Stus Case book.”
“The court hearing in the case ‘Medvedchuk against Kipiani and the Vivat publishing house’ was postponed from September 18 to October 9, 2020. The reason for the postponement of the hearing was the fact that one of the court employees was found to have [coronavirus] COVID-19,” the Vivat publishing house said.
It is noted that the hearing in Darnytsky District Court will take place on October 9 at 10:00.
