Black Panther’

Marvel’s new blockbuster is about to hit Kyiv’s cinemas. “Black Panther” tells the story of a superhero – the king of a technologically advanced African nation – whose battles with an enemy put the whole nation in danger. Starring Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan and Lupita Nyong’o, the film has so far grossed $704 million worldwide. Focusing on the life of a black nation and with most of the cast represented by people of color, the movie has been called a breakthrough in black cultural representation. The screenings will be in English.

Secretsundaze is Giles Smith and James Priestley – an electronic duo from Britain who have been performing for more than 15 years. They created a label to promote electronic musicians and regularly organize their own parties.

‘Red Sparrow’

The new spy movie “Red Sparrow” revolves around the eternal confrontation between two of the largest countries in the world – the United States, and Russia. After finishing Russian intelligence service Sparrow School, agent Dominika Egorova falls in love with a CIA agent while on a mission. Apart from acclaimed actors Jennifer Lawrence, Joel Edgerton and Charlotte Rampling, the thriller has Ukrainian ballet star Sergei Polunin in its cast. The screenings will be in English.
