Ukraine earned the right to play in the quarter-final by beating Sweden in the June 29 game, scoring a spectacular last-minute goal. If Ukraine wins, it will proceed to the semi-finals and play against the winner of the Czech Republic – Denmark game, which takes place right before Ukraine’s game at 7 p.m. on July 3.

While the game will be screened in all bars and pubs that show football games in Kyiv, there is also an opportunity to watch it on a big screen. (On TV, the Ukraina channel will broadcast the game).

Here’s where the game will be screened in Kyiv:

Outside the Gulliver shopping mall

The Gulliver shopping mall in central Kyiv will run the game on two large screens on its facade. The fans will gather at the Sportyvna Square outside the mall. There is no seating area. The mall says its screens are the largest in Europe.

Here’s what it was like inside this fan zone during the previous game of Ukraine’s team against Sweden on June 29.

Address: Gulliver shopping mall (Sportyvna Square). Near the Palace of Sports metro station.

Epicenter store in Obolon

One of the Epicenter stores, the largest DIY retailer in Ukraine, will run the game on the screen on its facade. This location is far from central Kyiv and will work best for those residing in the Obolon area in the northern part of the city. Before Ukraine’s game at 10 p.m., there will be a screening of another Euro-2020 game between the teams of the Czech Republic and Denmark, at 7 p.m. If Ukraine wins, it will next play against the winner from this pair.

Address: Epicenter store (20D Polyarna St.).

Central Railway Station

In an unusual move, the railroad authorities decided to screen the Ukraine-England game at the Central Railway Station. The game will be screened in the main halls of both the Central and the Southern Station (Pivdenny Vokzal), which are two entrances to the same station. It’s not an outdoor location. Masks are obligatory inside the station and alcohol consumption isn’t allowed.

Address: Central Railway Station (1 Vokzalna Sq.). Near the Vokzalna metro station.
