American rapper Nicki Minaj has joined the club of global celebrities who wear apparel by Ukrainian designers.
Minaj appeared in a suit by local brand TTSWTRS while posing for a photograph in Miami, Florida. The award-winning and Grammy-nominated artist posted the picture on her Instagram page on Jan. 30.
Minaj is one of the world’s top female rappers, famous for her fast flow and the use of accents. She rose to fame after releasing her debut studio album “Pink Friday” and has enjoyed success throughout her career.
Minaj is also known for eccentric outfits combining bright colors, revealing designs and countless wigs.
In the Jan. 30 photograph, the rapper wears a tight suit designed by TTSWTRS. The Ukrainian brand creates basic pieces for women mostly in black and nude colors that feature inscriptions resembling tattoos.
Minaj’s $680 bodysuit and leggings duo is part of the brand’s recent fall-winter collection. The tight grey-and-white outfit features a full-body print of a naked female body covering its breasts with a hand. It includes a number of small inscriptions and drawings resembling tattoos.

The rapper accompanied the suit with a pair of high heels and a $1,160 Louis Vuitton transparent Box Scott used as a handle bag and tied with a silk shawl.
TTSWTRS says that all the “tattoos” it uses are created in collaboration with a number of tattoo artists, including Ukrainian Ulyana Nesheva, famous for her minimalistic and delicate sketches.
Previously, Chilean singer Camila Gallardo, known by her stage name Cami, picked a nude corset dress by TTSWTRS for the 20th Annual Latin Grammy Awards held on Nov. 14 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
