Intro film festival
Intro film festival is a perfect event for fans of art of all forms. The Kyiv-based festival celebrates music, photography and culture in general. Three of the program’s pictures will be screened in English with Ukrainian subtitles. “An Impossible Project” portrays the journey of an Austrian enthusiast trying to save the last Polaroid factory in the world. “A Dog Called Money” is a diary of traveling through three war zones and creating a music album by British singer PJ Harvey. “Making Waves: The Art of Cinematic Sound” explores the evolution of sound in cinema and the people behind the craft.

‘Fleabag’
The award-winning one-woman play “Fleabag” has been a hit that only prolonged its popularity after inspiring an acclaimed TV series of the same name. The creation of English actress and writer Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who also performs the one and only role in the show, the play is a funny, emotionally raw story of “some sort of woman living her sort of life.” The show will be screened in English with Ukrainian subtitles in Kyiv.

Family Night
Kyiv’s Hvlv (Khvylovyi) club is holding another daytime party amid the quarantine restrictions. This time, the Low promotion group is taking over the venue. One of the longest-standing party organizers in Ukraine, Low is famous for mixing disco, soul, funk, house, downtempo and techno. Their parties are also known for a friendly, warm atmosphere that inspired the event’s name, “Family Night.” The Saturday lineup lists DJs Philipp Markovich, Pavel Plastikk and Jazzmate.
