After a bomb blast in Kyiv on March 4 near the car of Vadim Rabinovich, leader of All-Ukrainian Jewish Congress and owner of Jewish news channel JN1, police said they consider the crime to be “hooliganism.” Rabinovich, however, said that he had been pressured lately into selling his TV channel and filed a complaint with the prosecutor. He said he was not questioned by police following the incident, which shattered windows in the Pechersk neighborhood.
