Akhmetov was photographed wearing a $701,000 Patek Philippe Minute
Repeater made of white gold and platinum. The watch has sapphire glass
and alligator’s skin. Akhmetov, a member of the ruling pro-presidential
Party of Regions, is worth $16.5 billion, according to Forbes.
