Lawmaker and Interior Minister’s advisor Anton Herashchenko claimed on Aug. 19 that the electronic declarations system that was expected to be launched in August was hacked.
The claim was perceived with doubts because the electronic declarations
system, expected to become the key anti-corruption tool, has met
obstructions from the officials before.
