NEWS ITEM: On July 27, two men stole a Bohdan minibus — or marshrutka — in Kyiv and fled. The culprits maneuvered through the streets of Ukraine’s capital, leaving shocked pedestrians behind as well as the driver of the minibus. The pair of thieves wreaked so much chaos on the roads that the police had no trouble finding and arresting them within minutes.
